Now Hiring: Part-Time Retail Specialist
Albany and Avers is a small retail business specializing in women's new, vintage, and secondhand clothing. Our mission is to promote sustainability and reduce the textile waste into landfills.
Upon opening our new store in Dundee in early 2022, we are looking for an outgoing, creative individual to come on to be a right-hand person to the owner. We have limited weekly hours, though this person will be responsible for day-to-day activity during store hours as well as behind the scenes.
This person will work closely with the owner in developing our event and outreach calendar.
The ideal candidate is:
- a motivated self-starter
- can take a project and run with it
- trustworthy
- reliable
- creative
- has weekend availability (Friday-Sunday between 11am-5pm)
- outgoing - able to carry on a conversation with shoppers
- loves fashion and sustainability
- an interest in photography (not required, but a bonus!)
This role has flexibility in hours, but you must be able to work weekends.
